John was stricken by AIDS when he had blood transfusion in the hospital. He was nettled but didn't know how to reveal it to his girlfriend. Afterwards, he thought at least he didn't get infected for cheating her. So he told her frankly that he was infected. This was a great shock to his girlfriend Lily, and she had no idea how to get along with the infected boyfriend.
